We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn and unwashed
- With original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@lirennewear.com and once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
No Restocking Fee
There are no restocking fees, no hidden charges, and no deductions from your refund. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us and we'll make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@lirennewear.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same product. To request an exchange, contact us at support@lirennewear.com with your order number and the size or color you would like instead. If you would prefer a completely different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
