Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow the following timeframes:

-    Processing Time: 1-3 business days

-    Transit Time: 4-9 business days

-    Estimated Total: 5-12 business days from order date

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions or other factors outside our control.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or US territories at this time.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If the error was ours, we will reship at no additional cost. We will contact you by email if a package is returned to us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lirennewear.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
